Top tip - Have a brilliant time, you'll absolutely love it!

Run reasonable tyre pressures, it's pretty rocky in places, lots of pich-punctures otherwise. Hydrate lots (as with anywhere warm) and enjoy.

Friendly locals, stunning scenery and a whole different culture, just a 3hr plane ride away.

I met my (soon to be) wife mountain biking in the Atlas mountains, I can't promise it'll change your life like it did mine, but it's an awesome place to go and ride your bike.

Are you going on an organised trip? If so, who with? We're thinking about going back next year.

Certainly sounds like it was a good trip for you.

Yes going on an organised trip, it's with cycleactive. they certainly aren't the cheapest but it really does sound awesome and feels like time has stood still this afternoon!! I think i have read the trip itinerary 15 times now, just sounds fantastic!!

I will report back as to how good it was when i return, it's certainly going to be good being quiet a long way from anything.... namely work!!

Takr plenty of ball point pens for the local kids who will appear from nowhere as soon as you stop. They will also nick anything you put down for a second.

Don't spend 8hrs in A&E like earlier in the year in scotland!
Have a good one pal

Haha, there were no hospital visits this time chap!! Did have a couple of falls though!! Epic country though and the riding is pretty extreme especially after a full on storm with mud slides making all the trails off camber with a 200 meter drop on the one side!!
