Took me ages to capture that from the first video!
2:19 we lugging my bike up the mound!
bloody hell I can't believe how long that 2008 lap was. It took a week to set up.
10 miles. 10 frigging miles!
Two local authorities, four land owners, 250 arrows, 6km of tape.
Not bad considering we were making it up as we went along. 😀

Shame we can't do a "big one" again. I suspect the bureaucracy would be probative. The irony being that when we didn't know what we were doing they let us do it!

That flipping run in 2010 was hell. Even if it did get me up the front early 🙂
I bloody well miss the race lads.
I was trying to see me in the video, but I had forgotten quite how many blummin' white inbreds there were back then, every other rider had one!
I had to replace nearly every bit of my bike after that, the grit killed everything... :-\
