Just fitting my new Hilo uppy downy post. Followed the frankly shite instructions I think, but the ****er just won't go down. I've tightened the cable, I've slackened the cable, but still nada. Any hints or tips?

Sussed it! The cable outer wasn't fully seated and so wasn't pulling enough cable. But now it is. Man I'm good.
