The freehub failed on my second hand Tesla hub, so I bought a replacement. When I attatch the freehub it spins nicely, but as soon as I fit the 142 x 12 axle it becomes notchy? The bearings are all good, as are the pawls. I'm off to fit it to the bike in a mo and see if anything changes, but I'm scratching my bald head at this one?

Dust seal the wrong way round behind the free hub?

Problem solved, some idiot had put the washers in the wrong place. 😳
