i have a trek feul 95 with fox float rear shock i`m 12 stone in weight and want to know how to set it up properly thanks in advance,

There is a good guide on the trek website. Basically you keep adjusting pressure and sitting kitted up on the bike until it sits at 25-30% compressed.
