I've been researching this for a while now, was originally looking at a Core 24, but think a 14" 26 is the way to go, I was originally looking at the Cube 260, or building up a bike myself with some spares I have.

Anyone done one of these kits off ebay: triplebutted

Not sure I can be convinced in paying £700 for a Creig 26 Islabike, they do look nice though.

Why, is that more than you paid for yours?

No, but I've grown out of chucking my bike on the ground and letting my friends have a go to see who can do the biggest skid.

I'm in the same boat , Kona Kula was another but think it would be too heavy. Can't seem to see any sort of deal on the Core24, anyone have any experience of them or other options?
