[Closed] Help - long effective toptube frame lots of standover.

Hi,
I'm after a frame, steel ideally but will consider aluminium. Ive only got around 350 to spend.
Does anyone know of a readily available frame with an effective top tube of around 24.5"-24.75", yet a seat-tube length of around 18" (or shorter) and a fairly slack head tube angle (around 66-67 degrees)?
So far I've looked everywhere and I'm stumped.
Perhaps someone knows of a custom frame builder who would do a custom hardcore hardtail for 350 or less?
Any help would be much appreciated guys!
Surely I can't be the only tallish guy who is after a frame that is roomy enough for me but without looking like a sodding farm gate!
