...the allen hole on my '06 fox 36's (which have a an allen key removal, rather than the newer qr20 style) has rounded-how should I remove it?
Luckily I have a spare axle, so not fussed about damaging the one thats stuck...

i got mine out by hammering a slightly larger allen key in the hole-then it just came out normally.
It totally ruined it tho.

You can get 5.5mm allen keys, which when knocked in, should work. Or get a small file and carefully file it out to fit a 6mm key.

Or try tapping a decent quality torx key in,usually works!
