Help!! Dt Swiss end cap conversion

Help! Might just be me but this seems a bit of a minefield.
I bought a wheelset (Dt Swiss 350 hubs) fitted with a rock shox torque end cap but need it to fit fox 34 boost. Any idea which part number I need please (or even better a link!!). There seems to be a multitude of options confusingly

Can't help with a part number but Madison handle DT Swiss service in the UK. I've always found them helpful.

This is the set for 15mm on 350s. Your torque caps should be the similar with a larger middle bit and retaining ring per side.
