Hi all,

Just got my (new to me ) soul 275 and there are a heap of spacers on the steerer , including one under the stem which I think is to high. Can you recommend what to do ? I'm sure it's a personal preference but what is the norm? Any help would be great.

Cheers

Amend to the height you think it should be and have the spacers above. Run like that for a while, then if it works decide to cut.

Try it with all the spacers above?Normal is what you prefer. You can always take more off.Slightly harder to add more.

Be careful you might be surprised how many spacers you need on bikes with short stubby head tubes! the lowest position can be back breaking in the long term.
