There's [url= http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.29489 ]this one.[/url] you would need to mod the strap to fit your helmet, i.e. change the elastic for a velcro strap...
I find that the handlebar mounted version fitted well on my giro hex, right in the middle just above the peak which makes it a lot lower than a light on a mount and less prone to being knocked about by trees and such.

Or use a shaver adapter if you already have one.
