Would love to hear some personal feedback if so, ie worst climbs, doable via recumbent trike (?), worth doing complete or is there a particular section that stands alone as a shorter option? Thanks!

Does this route follow the PCT hiking route or is akin to the ACA's Sierra Cascades touring route. I've ridden most of the latter through Washington and Oregon. It crosses the PCT several times.
The climbs are generally long but the gradients aren't especially steep, the heat in summer is more of a challenge.
