Got a longish day-ride coming up, so a bag on the handlebars would be quite a useful supplement to the saddlebag for holding malt loaf and the like.
Any recommendations?
A friend of mine had a huge one, and it bounced around all over the place and was totally useless.

Use anything else and you become a tourer/rambler and have to wear red socks.

Maybe I'll just cable-tie a couple of malt loaves onto the bars?
EDIT: I think that might actually work.
