fell off road bike and landed on hand.Fingers and knuckles are very swollen,been to hospital an had x rays showing no broken bones.they have put my arm in a splint isolating everything and told me to leave it that way for ten days.I am under the impression that if no bones are broken its best to move it to increase circulation speed up recovery?any advice appreciated,thanks Ben
