Anyone know what the situation is with riding the xc at Hadleigh outside the park's opening hours? Is it ok to do a late evening ride there?

I don't think so, its private property owned by the Sally Army. Besides, the land is being let go for cows grazing right now so god knows whats happened to it - races have been cancelled due to risk of rider disease & incident with the cattle.
