Anyone know if there’s an adapter available that can be used to fit Shimano GRX front Caliper to IS fork mount?

Doesn't the front one require a 180mm rotor? Of you find a gravel fork that can run 180mm up front, let me know please, I'm looking for one.

I’ve got them. Work well. It does turn a front 160 IS into a 180. I am just chancing it...what can possibly go wrong?!
