For the time being anyway
I took a long drive up there today to try out a pump track only to find the gates locked, I met John the landowner who said the council were not allowing a change of land use, from quarry to mtb park
They had used the venue for enduro and quad bike racing at the weekend though, and the guys who organised that seemed pretty happy
Shame if all the hard work goes to waste
