The Lifeline workstand I got from Wiggle 14 months ago had started to develop a lot of slop so I took the clamp apart to find out that the screws had pulled through the clamp disc. So I emailed Wiggle late one night to find out if they sold spares and the next day they emailed at 9.20am the next morning to tell me that they would send a new one foc. The next morning morning the part arrived.
Lots of people moan when they get bad service (too right) but I think that's pretty good!
