Finally getting my a*** in gear and starting the build. First one so complete novice and starting completely from scratch.
What grease to people use? Anything else I should be getting, threadlock etc?

Rather than expensive bike stuff, I've got a big pot of lithium bearing grease £5 Halfords
Threadlock and copperslip
Some of this has lasted me a few years for the bearings.

As above, big tub of Halfords grease, lasts ages...
But remember Carbon doesn't like grease, you need carbon grease...
I like Rock n Roll grease and lube, not the cheapest but it works well.
Zx1 from demon tweeks. Its THE best grease there is bar none.
Loctite 243 or the blue stuff is THE best thread lock bar none!

Or just use some fine mud from your garden for a fraction of the cost.
