Taking delivery of a Garmin Edge 800 today and wondered what sites you guys recommended for finding routes. I've had a browse on GPSies but wondered what else was out there?

Strava and use some of the Route Extraction tools

Garmin connect is quite good for road rides, you just search in an area and see what others have ridden.

Bikehike. Just don't put too much trust into the 'follow roads' facility. That bridleway across the moor was a struggle on the road bike, I tells ya.

STW - just ask people nicely ! I've gotten some great routes off here.
You might like to look at a few tools like gpsbabel to convert formats
