Cracking steady ride in glorious sunshine on Saturday. The first short sleeved jersey ride of the year is always a welcome moment.
Today was a hot paced hilly ride with great team work from the lads to keep it moving. And when we were warming down I came across a guy called Les White who was a pro roadie in the fifties and had a good old chat with him for the last five miles.

Got out yesterday afternoon for a 3 hour hack over the tops of rossendale and a couple of hours on the road bike this morning, all in all not too bad.
Had a brilliant ride around the Howgills yesterday,lost my chain on a long decent,spent ages looking for it,only to find it a few feet from where i stopped doh..
Fishing around with my hands in a puddle containing frog spawn, was the highlight of my companions day.. 🙄
