Roger is pretty much inactive these days. You're best off going to Paul Hewitt's IMO. Excellent wheelbuilder and a proper bike shop. Merlin isn't really a bike shop, more an internet warehouse.

its a bit further out but Ride On in Rossendale is a good place to go. the quality of their work is absolutely top notch.
