Appears to be quite easy with the right stuff. Put the yellow tape in last night and left pumped tubes in overnight. Came home, took tubes out put in sealant pumped up all good so far. Going to leave overnight and have recorded the psi will check again tomorrow.
Most difficult part was removing the green tape and the residue it left behind.
