... Not sure what to expect. On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being a fire road and 5 being Jacob's ladder in the peak, how technical are they?

If you can ride something like Jacob's Ladder you'll be absolutely fine. There are bits that are harder (gap jump on Steel City, for example) but those bits are all optional and you can see them a mile away.
So, er, 4 with optional bits of 5-plus if you're feeling frisky, I reckon. 🙂
