[Closed] Going from a 6 degree to a zero degree rise stem, will I notice a difference?

Thinking of chopping in my 90mm 6 degree rise for a 70mm zero degree rise.

Has anyone done this and will a 6 deg difference really be noticable?

On my current set up I've got a 3mm spacer above my stem, so I could always place that below the stem to take into account the 6 deg drop in rise to keep my bars at the same height couldn't I?

My quick reckoning is that it should drop the height down by around 9mm and closer to you by just under 20mm (unsurprisingly given that the stem is 20mm shorter). I think you will probably be able to notice the difference.

But you won't die!

But you won't die!

I think that's the key issue here I wanted some reassurance on!

You will die.But I don't think it will attributable to the change in stem length

That I can live with, so long as its not anytime soon. But will I notice it ๐Ÿ™‚

On a more serious note is knocking 6 deg rise off on a new stem really going to stuff up my handling or is it negligible?
