I took my pads out to wash em and one of them brought the Velcro pad from inside the helmet with, what's best glue to fix it back in with?

But new pads. I wouldn't use any glue to be honest.
Even if the pads are for a different helmet, you can cut them to shape.
Post a wanted ad on the Classifieds.... I bet someone has some laying around or so do some googling as I bet you can buy them pretty readily.

My bell hemlet has the rear pad glued on, the rest velcro. When I took them off to wash, I just hot glued that one back on.
