Can anyone recommend any good riding in the west trying to plan a ride for tomorrow. Had planned on going up Ben Cruachan but the weather has other ideas.

What sort of distance/time are you after? If you're at the Glencoe end of Glen Etive you could go onto the WHW, up Devils Staircase and down to Kinlochleven. If you're at the Connel/Taynuilt end then I'm not sure.

You can do a circuit of loch and glen etive. There's a short section of hike a bike but apart from that very rideable.

Park at Victoria Bridge-westbound through Glen Kinglass-clockwise round loch Etive to the north side, then road climb up to the Kingshouse for cake- fast descent back down WHW to car. Boom.
