I'm thinking about getting a new helmet, I'm size 59 cm , do I go for a medium or large ?
Medium is 55-59 large is 59-63,

i would go large as a bit of padding will make it a little smaller. Nothing will make it bigger if the medium is not a perfect fit.

My head size is also 59cm and I wear a Large Giro. Allows room for more hair and/or a skull cap underneath.

I have a zen in medium 56mm head so large sounds right.
