Righty,
El cheapo ss (based on Ridgeback Storm frame) may be pensioned off, having bought some of those cheap 100mm travel 20mm thru axle Manitou forks off CRC earlier today.
Looking to get a nice light frame max 3.5lbs. I'm 5' 7" with 29" inside leg so small in the Giant (per my Trance), 16" Scandal or 15" Rock Lobster.
How good are the current Giant XTC frames v the more 'boutique' brands?
Normal drop-outs are fine, as I may change to gears in the future.
Anyone want to sell me one of these?
