Anyone got one ? what do we think as a go up,ride across,ride down bike ?
you know what I mean....seen some excellent offers about on one & would rather have the extra travel it gives over say a trance...opinions welcome from those that have one..
Abigale has one flys up hill and flys down hill, Katie had the Trance but the Reign is the prefered option in our house

Mate has one - he's stunning downhill and now stunning uphill too - 🙁
Seems like a good do it all bike, my mate wouldn't swap his.
My thoughts are it's like a cheap Nomad (waits for rock throwing to begin!)

I know that its not a race bike in any sense of the word but...anyone done any enduro/24 hr type stuff on theirs ? I am by no means a racer but am doing a few events next year.I have found a killer deal on the Reign 1 which to be honest I am just going to have to go for....only concern is sizing....I usually ride a 19" but they only have 18" left & I am 6ft 2....suppose could always fit a layback post/longer stem....what do you think
I have a Reign X and the only bike I would consider as an alternative to it would be a Reign. Awesome bikes. Maestro pedals superbly uphill and the bike is a demon downhill. I have done a 12h enduro on my Reign X - bit heavy tbh but doable. A normal Reign would be great. I am 6' exactly and my Reign X is a Large. The medium would definitely be too small for me as the large fits like a glove.

The guy at my LBS has just got an '09 Reign - and it's a very light bike, even with the DHX shock.
Been really tempted to get one myself at the price they're on offer now.
I'd want to check the sizing out if I were you though - as I'm 5ft 9in and I've just got an 18" Trance - and it was the right size for me with a 100mm stem and a layback post.
Now I've swapped to a 90mm stem and slightly-less-layedback post it's on the verge of being too small.
I know it's a different bike, but I'd imagine there might be some consistency between models.
I know ,the sizing is the only reason that I havent ordered one so far.I would imagine that it would be approx the same as the Trance in terms of sizing,if what you say is right then an 18" would definately be too small for me at 6ft 2...but I guess its all personal,best thing is for me to get to a shop & sit on one but you know what its like with web deals,you snooze you lose & all that !!!!!!
