Good day, I need advise.
I have a 2014 Fox 650b Tallas 34 that i am taking out of a Giant Trance 650b bike. It has the 1 & 1/4 Steerer tube. How can i get this to fit on other bikes other than Giants with overdrive 2?

Without sending to Mojo and getting the steerer, crown, stanchions swopped..

You just need to change the top cup I believe.. ZS44 top should do the trick..

"The bike's head tube inner diameter actually remains the same, at least on Giant's bikes. This means that not only can all of Giant's bikes that come equipped with the OverDrive 2 system be easily converted to fit a standard tapered fork and stem, but older models from previous years can also be converted to accept a new OverDrive 2 steerer equipped fork. Don't think the top cup has anything to do with it, it's just the inner diameter of the top bearing is 1.25" rather than 1.125"

You need a frame that takes the same size headset as a Giant frame, then swap the headset over..
And the stem..

Any frame with a 44mm straight headtube will take the giant overdrive forks.

My mate fitted his to a Cotic Solaris with just a change of the top bearing & cap
