You know some sites allow you to subscribe to updates using RSS feeds, which you can subscribe to using an RSS reader.
Is there a way you can get those updates to come right into your email inbox?
I use Gmail (Google Mail) and Hotmail.
Any help would be much appreciated!

you can do this with mac mail - RSS feeds just appear like another mail account
