Personally I hate any sort of circuit training and stuff! Bot I need to work back some inner strength after my accident in September.
I've only managed three cross races this season and my lower back really hurts halfway.
I can't go mental with training, if I said back in September the person doing my scan said she couldn't see my liver...I assume she wasn't joking? that'll give you some idea of how uncomfortable I was/still get.
Just want some simple tips for stuff to do at home.
I had some back problems and physio' gave me some simple exercises i do a couple of times a week and touch wood i've been alright since. not sure i can be arsed explaining them but will scan them and email them over to you if you like.
I had a lower back injury a couple of years ago and a friend recommended getting a swiss ball, i do 15/20 mins a day and my lower back, abs etc are much stronger than before the accident and i get less stifness during and after exercise. Loads of good training routines on youtube.
Plank and reverse dead bug
Swiss ball +1.
iDave to the forum!
As a total ignorant I do deadlift and it helps my back. Now, not heavy, rather repetition-orientated.
