Not sure there's a lot left to try so need some pointers .Spicy has had replacement bushes in rear pivots .Also new gear cables and outers ,chain and cassette .Indexing is spot on but there is still an annoying clicking noise as if it's slightly out .So then i thought maybe now rear end has been "tightened " back up maybe dropout is slightly twisted .Had a spare new one so stuck that on and it's still doing it !!!!Jockey wheels have been swapped and even put old chain cassette back on , tried a different wheel to no avail . ๐Ÿ‘ฟ Whats left to try then ?

Have you checked the alignment of the hanger ? Hanger alignment tool req'd. This will make sure the hanger is true to the rear wheel.

Top jockey colliding with sprocket? Adjust the B-tension screw on the mech to increase clearance.

New cable outers too short? Fine on the work stand but not under compression of the suspension?
