Hi
Has anyone successful changed their battery on a Garmin 530 edge or sent it off to a company to have done?
I'm lucky if I can get 3 hours out of my 2019 now.

There was a thread in the last few weeks for changing the battery in Garmin watches, let me try and find that as it had some useful websites I recall.

Not the 530 but I've replaced it in an 830 and it was just fine. Take a look at YouTube videos to see if it is for you and if you have the tools. I got my battery from subtel and it was ok

Thanks for replies. I've seen the YouTube videos. Looks a bit scary to me, although I have no problem pulling people's gas boilers apart!

I did one years ago, a 705 and it lasted years again
