I'm thinking of getting a turbo trainer, probably a posh one like the Wazoo, with a built in cassette.
The only spare bike I have is a Giant Lust (basically a Womens specific version of the Anthem). Can I use this with a turbo or is that a stupid idea? Would it work better with an old road bike?

As long as you can get a compatible axle (142x12?) and the longer rear mech doesn't hit the turbo.
It should make no difference. (lock out the suspension though, the bouncing might damage the turbo)

I have a giant anthem on a cyclops trainer. I use a spare rear wheel with a slick on it. Works perfectly.
