I'm looking to run full outer cables on my new build, however i'm a tad confused. What do I do at the cable guides? Since the guides have the thin end to run the inner cable through, how do I use the full outer? Or do I have to cut it into 5 sections so its only the inner running through the guide bits?

or just zip-tie the outer to the frame.

I'd just go with zip ties myself, but I think I've seen inserts like these:[url= http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=28123 ]M Part Hose Guides[/url] used for full length outers...

Pick yourself up some 5mm tube from B&Q and use it to make anchor points for the cable...
