Looking for some new mtb gloves, Start fitness seem to have a good number of gloves on sale with an extra 10 percent off.
Any recommendations? Stay away from Endura? Their singletrack gloves look good....

Endura Humvee plus II - £25

Picked up a pair in Evans on a whim and due to my other gloves in disintegration mode. Cost me £25 at the time though I now see them in wiggle on special at £21.59

Happy thus far.

Fox ranger are my go to - they change the graphics each year but the sizing is the same.

I like 100% and I've also been wearing Fist gloves lately cos I like their silly designs.

It's worth checking beyond bike shops and looking at motocross sites etc.

If you’re anywhere near LUBP they’re doing a BOGOF on all TLD gloves.

I’m a big fan of the Ace pull ons.

I really like 100% Cognito gloves. Had a few pairs of enduras disintegrate now so avoiding them like the plague. 100% Briskers are good too - although they’re more of a spring / autumn / winter (ish) glove than the Cognitos

Got some bargain bin Ion gloves at Evans for £10 and some Fox defend for £40. Fox look better with more protection but Ion feel better to me. The fox are thicker but not actually any warmer in cold weather.

I've just got some 100% celiums from an mx shop, very airy, not so much protection though..

Do like 100% gloves, had various* brisket and hydromatic

*wouldn't be many had I not left 2 pairs on the rack before driving off..

+1 for Fox Ranger. Don't disintegrate randomly unlike some others and fit well (for me anyway).

Reasonable price in all sizes currently at Sigma Link

i'm another Fox Ranger user. Had my current 3 pairs in rotation for a good couple of years and they are still in great condition.

I know some folk say Fox gloves last 1 ride and fall apart, i am yet to experience this (many gloves over many years).

The only other ones i have used recently are Melon Optic gloves. Got a free pair and have been impressed. Its a shame some of their designs are a bit too jazzy for me!

Decathlon rockrider gloves have d30 knuckles and a great fit for £19.

I would advise cutting the plastic-y palm protector off as the stitching rubs but once done they're great.

Even at this time of year the 100% Brisker are a good, if sweaty, choice. I find with other gloves, I still get stang off of nettles, but not with the Brisker.

I have a couple of pairs of these on rotation for the summer and rate them, especially for the price https://www.wiggle.co.uk/sixsixone-raji-glove-1 £8 in green or blue in normal sizes, a bit cheaper in black if you’re at the extremes size wise.

My fave choice are Royal Racing, but they seem to last less time than a SRAM BB, have been on Fox gloves for a few years, not sure which ones, and recently picked up some of the GIRO Trixter from a PSA on here. Very nice, but very thin, warm weather only me thinks..

How are we this far in the thread without these having been mentioned.

These are my preferred. I’ve been using them for years and I think they’re great.

They’re durable, with tough but thin palms and decent mesh backs.

They’ve outlasted other brands and cover 3 seasons for me with hefty gloves coming out for Winter only.

I’m not sure about them being #enduro but they do the job for me.

Endura gloves are crap. They fall apart after a handful of rides.. 100% make some decent ones at a reasonable price. The Ridecamp and Brisker are my goto's now..

Madison and Dakine seem more durable than most MTB gloves, in my experience.

When it's not too hot, I often wear softshell gloves rather than traditional MTB gloves, they basically don't wear through at the fingers and palms like a lot of MTB gloves.
