Help before I break something. I need to remove the chainset on my FSA triple chainset. Seems simple enough, but the left hand crank doesn't come with a pinch bolt as shown in the diagram. http://www.fullspeedahead.com/fly.aspx?taxid=99&layout=product
I can remove the retaining bolt and washer, but don't know how to remove the arm itself. Tried a few gentle blows with a mallet, but I'm guessing I'm missing something. Any ideas?

Is yours definitely Mega-axo?
Mines Octalink and needs to be removed with an extractor.

It's definatley Gossamer Megaexo Tandem. As I need to remove the chainset, the LH crank doesn't have a pinch bolt as it has a single chainring attached to it, which is were I'm stuck

They look a bit like my FSA cranks - which use a self extracting bolt?
