I'm trying to fit a new front mech to my XLS frame. I've got an issue with the cable routing. I'm sure it's just me being stupid but can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I can't route the cable through in a tidy way. It ends up rubbing on the plastic housing (see yellow arrow). Am I missing something?

I think you need to go through the pulley at the bottom and use the derailleur in the "bottom-pull" configuration.
l.e.: A couple of images in this review show the cable going that route.

Is that frame not designed for bottom-pull mech as I can see a pulley lower down.
Perhaps the cable stop is just not aligned for a top pull route?
