I took my own MTB out last night for the first time since August. I mention that because I don't know if the horrible flexi feeling I'm getting is because I'm more used to a rigid road bike, or simply because I've not been on it in ages.
However whilst it was laid up I fitted Reba World Cups, they have a carbon crown and steerer. I also put a lightweight Truvativ Team stem on it and USE wide carbon risers, they replaced the 580mm alloy flats.
Finally I've put on some Conti Speed King Supersonics with seem overly supple. The wheels are heavy old Crossrides. Now I have bags of movement up front.
Wadda can I do?

Tyre pressure,
Wheel bearings,
Stem,
Fork bushes?!

I'd check in that order for starters, i have found front end flex is usually down to stems especially with long bars.

Checked your spokes recently?

Otherwise as above.

I once used a Truvativ Team stem, it was hideously flexy. I changed it after one ride for a Hope one. Totally different.

Did you get it as a cheapy from Nick?

Continental recommend a minimum of 55PSI in these, I was running about 35PSI.
I've also cut the steerer, Rockshox have a recommended maximum spacer height and was close to that. I'm now running a 10mm and 3mm spacer only.
See how that goes this Saturday.
