I am a big fan of the inner bar ends, not to gain any watts but to give my wonky wrists a comfortable cruising position
Me too, although I have literal bar ends mounted in the middle. They do get in the way a bit, I may give the SQ Labs ones a go
Have those inner bar-ends on two of the bikes. Really like the additional hand positions, and they do make you a bit more "aero"... I move my hands from the grips to the bar-ends and immediately have to shift up a gear. Proof see.
“Like mixing ketchup and mayonnaise to create the perfect french-fry accoutrement"... That's called Salsa Golf, and it was invented here in Argentina in 1920 by our Nobel laureate Luis Federico Leloir at the Mar del Plata Golf Club, because he said he needed a sauce worth of the awesomeness of the steak they served at their restaurant.
If those inner-thumbie-things had full clamps (so they could be removed without removing grips) I might be interested tbh, being able to fit and remove them easily would add a lot of value but being inside the grip means once they're on they're on, unless you use bolt-ons, and that kinda sucks.
Bikehike is fantastic! I use it all the time.
