MegaSack DRAW - 6pm Christmas Eve - LIVE on our YouTube Channel
Anyone know any details on this.
I ordered a Bell Sixer 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing and no one is picking up the phone.
Reading some of the posts on their Facebook page last week, it looks like they've gone into liquidation unfortunately.
That's partly lucky, partly annoying. I almost posted 2 return items to them this lunchtime.
At least I've still got the items to sell on eBay now, but I'd rather have my money back.
That’s sad as they had some really good deals throughout the years.
Hopefully PayPal will reimburse me.
Bummer - ordered a few bits from them - excellent service.
This has been posted on Trustpilot:
Dear friends, family, colleagues and business partners,
This is the hardest email I’ve ever had to write in my life. I’m afraid that the FreestyleXtreme Group has ceased trading.
If you are a customer waiting for an order, I would suggest you contact PayPal or your credit card provider and claim the money back, as you may not receive your goods.
As a family business operating since 2003 this is devastating, but times are tough and many other companies are in the same situation right now.
Thanks to everyone that has had any involvement with the company over the last 16 years, it’s been one hell of a ride.

I had an order for a £35 mtb top, never received it, and have raised a case with pay pay.
Looking at some of the reviews on Trustpilot there is a lot of people not getting their orders but for £100's.
Its a shame they had some good stuff at really good prices.
Ditto, bought quite a bit from them over the years, more and more it seems that the only way to compete in the online sphere is to be so big you don't actually need to pay taxes or make a profit, Amazon in other words.
Slightly related I found something I wanted on Amazon the other day. However I try my damnedest not to buy from them so searched wider on ebay for a couple of pounds more assuming it'd come from either a home/garage trader or even a real shop with an ebay shop on the side (without doing a great deal of diligence). The next day it arrived in an Amazon Prime box so I can only assume the ebay seller subsequently placed the order via an Amazon Prime account and never actually touched the item themselves which if true only serves to realise the Amazon-opoly even more.
More likely all their goods are on/at amazon and the ebay price difference is to just pay the EBay fees on top of the amazon fees. Everything comes with Prime tape etc. from Amazon if its them shipping it.
Had that with books, music etc, ordered elsewhere only for them to arrive in Amazon packaging.
Now buy them either direct from the labels or from my lovely local record shop (Empire in St Albans), for the sake of a £2 I'd rather they had the money.
