can anyone help ........ been to West Woods in Marlborough a few times but still haven't come across the north shore stuff ...... found some good trails, berms, a few jumps etc but thats it ...........

Is there any north shore stuff? I went a few times last summer and found the dh trails, jumps etc but not much woodwork
according to the photo's yes ........ must admit I can't find them though.
The photo's etc on some of the other forums look fairly recent as well?

On the main track that runs along the top of all the DH bits, ride to the right as you look down the DH runs and keep looking left as you go. There are some big wooden drop offs in there, I haven't been brave enough yet!
it's not a bike park, riding there is occasionally tolerated by the forestry but often they take down the woodwork, best just to keep it a low key affair. I've not been there for ages, they may well have removed it all again.
