Had a Couple of sets of forks off them over last couple of years, cracking price in the sales and faultless regarding delivery.

They were my 2nd closest LBS for a while and they were great. Shame they closed when Esher Shore got killed off.

Cool, that sounds promising - I'm very tempted by their Fox fork deals.

Head absolutely spinning trying to choose a fork - I'm down to four - Lyrik Dual position, Marzocchi 55 Micro Switch TA, 36 TALAS or BOS Deville.

I went to the Horsham shop to try on a Giro feature helmet.
The fit was fine, but they didn't have the colour I wanted, so they ordered one for me and delivered it to my office.

Very friendly guys, who love riding bikes too.

I live in France and bought an Ellsworth frame from them.
I would strongly recommend them.

Honourablegeorge, if you go for the deville's then expect a delay, r53 the distributor are taking a fair old while to get forks out at the moment. Been waiting a few weeks myself. Was hoping to have them before easter ๐Ÿ™

Top notch customer service. Had warranty issues that were sorted no questions asked. Also one of the cheapest around.

I thought I'd resurrect this thread from the dead...

I called Freeborn this morning hunting for a pair of X-Fusion velvets. They didn't have any in stock but the help I was offered on the phone was top notch, and there was a great degree of riding knowledge shown. Wish I'd been able to buy from them!

This isn't helping my "deffinately don't buy a Devinci Wilson Carbon frame" standpoint very much............. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Years ago I bought a Thompson seatpost, had it delivered to the office, where (due to the way the packaging wrapped round it) everyone was curious to know what the 15-inch long knob-headed shaft was that I'd bought from a company called "Freeporn"

bought some rs pikes from them a few years back, stunningly good price and proper retail with shock pump etc, not it arrives and its unboxed grey stuff, and/or has plainly been on a complete as some online shops i could name.

also, when i had a prob just out of warranty they sorted it no problems.

Always been great for me- I tend to only use them for total pain-in-the-bum parts that everyone else struggles with and they deliver them faster than most shops can manage run-of-the-mill boring stuff.

Mail-ordered some Kinesis carbon bars recently, they turned up just as promised, very well packaged.
