There's a thread on lfgss slaggin him off from 11 years ago. Seem to plenty of others who are happy with him though. Not used him myself.
Colour-tech in Crayford did a brilliant job for me a few years ago on a vintage Ritchey P21.
What's the going rate for a fancy pants paint job these days? Toying with getting the 20" bike spruced up for Child Two… (aluminium so a plain old powder coat probably isn't wise).
No idea. But more importantly what should I do with the Grifter? - Powder coat or original as possible paint job?
I use these guys for painting stuff through my business. They do a variety of item but have never asked about bike frames.

Mario vas did a frame for me 20 years ago, nice job, he got all the decals too. I remember it was q reasonable.
