I'm looking for a small frame / bike for a friend at work. She's 5 foot 3. Before I screw up and buy something too small or large, can anyone offer advice on the frame size and / or top tube length I should be looking at.
I would have thought 14 - 15 inch seat tube would be about right, but I'm no expert. Thoughts?

Mrs NBT is 5'4" and fits perfectly on a 14" inbred, but they do have quite a long top tube. SHe also has an old 16" GT that was previously used for commuting.
Again - my Mrs rides a 14inch frame and is 5'4" on a good day.

I am sure you must have a decent lbs that would let her try out a few options.
