Just got some new Van r's to replace my creaking Lyriks. All my Rock shox have been pretty dry from new and needed a lower lube service before riding, what are fox like from new? Thanks in advance.

Spot on, enjoy 😀
Store the bike upside down if you can to keep the upper bushes lubed, you will have to cycle them a few times to bleed the air out the damper if they are open bath ones afterwards though.
