My float-r was making a sucking noise on the return and so thought it was time to do a complete seal replacement. Bought the seal kit and did the job but its still making the noise.
I am now thinking that it must be something to do with the internals but wondered if anyone has ever tried to service this themselves or seen as its nitrogen filled its best to send in to Mojo.
Any help appreciated

Sounds like the damper unit needing a service. Off to loco for fresh oil, seals and a nitrogen charge.

Many thanks, it is an 09 shock so i guess it due a charge.

My RP3 has done that for some time, but Im about to get it sent away as i dont want to knacker it. Plus I dont think theres any nitrogen left in it.
