I'm after some Float 32 140 (or maybe 150) RLCs with QR15 and a tapered steerer.

Anyone bought Floats recently and know who is offering the best prices at the moment?

Pulls up a chair with a coffee and muffin

And I had a busy morning in work planned, this should be much more fun...

Nothing to see here - I'm not replying to him any more. I've got a proper job too, and he will no doubt be using his stellar realignment theory to straighten some bent* frames.

* = and I don't just mean bent as in "we still don't know where he gets them from"

A proper response! Thanks LoCo I'll be in touch.

Kaesae - thanks for the bump. Maybe you're not such a waste of space after all.

BTW if you want some cheap Fox's 09' see Merlin 🙂 These are F' series.

CRC have cheap Talas Forks as well unless Floats are a must have?

Yep looked on Merlin at both Floats and Revs. Prices seem to rocket if you want a tapered steerer though (e.g. £100 extra on Revs at Merlin) hence me asking the question on here.

CRC have tapered steerer Floats for £350, not sure if they are the QR15 version though.

Try Si at Progressive Bikes - he did me a great deal on those - way cheaper than anyone else I could find

Second for si at progressive, did me a good deal on a pair 2010 Float 32 RLC, plus helped fit new headset, cut steerer etc. for free.

can't get better service than that in my book
